I called one other Co. for my work and they wanted to replace all my A/C Unit. Karl sent Michael and he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by the same day. I have used Air National for years. They have installed 3 air conditioners for me in my own home and rentals.  Recently my personal air conditioner stopped working the day I was leaving for a trip so I desperately needed help. They came out within a couple of hours and had it fixed in minutes. Carl is a great man, business owner and neighbor. I have been in the construction industry for over 18 years and I have 1000’s of business owners, and I can only count on 1 hand the ones that stand by their word. Carl has installed our new system back in march.  We paid a good amount, Carl wasn’t the cheapest estimate that we got.  We had some that were half the cost.  But Carl seemed legit! So he and his crews installed the new system! The system within a month went out. Carl came back and fixed it. This thing went out another 10 times and each time Carl and his crew would spend countless hours fixing it!  The last time, Carl being a man of his word replaced the whole system. Then the heater wouldn’t work, a few weeks back when we had the cold front.  Carl came over 3 times, to repair with all brand new parts. Then a week after that the ac went out.  He is now fixing that. None of which is Carls fault.  They have been just random issues with the equipment.  He got his reps out here and have had everything diagnosed the right way.  And it was part failures. Carl is hands down an amazing business owner!  Wholeheartedly cares about us. His word is gold!  It has high value! Thanks Carl for being great!!!!!! Call Carl. We just had a new HVAC system installed by Karl’s team. Super impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and customer service. Everything was easy on our end from beginning to end. They provided us a portable unit while our air was off so that we were as comfortable as possible. Upgrades were needed due to the age of our system and they had no problem getting them done. I just bought a new to us home. With a 20 year old AC. Knew it was just a matter of time but it started flipping the breaker after 2 weeks. Air National got right on it. What I really liked and needed was that they had a payment plan for 18 months with no interest. With all the other expenses of the house , this was a Good send.
